Employee Account

Job offers

You must have a job offer from an employer in Spain. The contract must guarantee continuous work activity during the period of validity of the permit.

National Employment Situation

The job offer must comply with the national employment situation, which means that there are no workers available in Spain or in the EU for that specific position.

No criminal record

Both in Spain and in the countries where you have resided for the last five years.

Not being irregularly in Spain

At the time of application, you must not be in an irregular situation in the country.

Compliance with Labour Regulations

The conditions of the employment contract must comply with the labour and wage regulations in force in Spain.

Own Account

Business or Professional Project

You must present a business plan or professional project that is viable and demonstrates how your activity will contribute to the economy or the general interest of Spain.

Training and Experience

You must demonstrate that you have the appropriate professional qualifications, the necessary experience and, in some cases, the professional licences or registrations required to carry out your activity.

Economic Means

You must prove that you have sufficient financial means to carry out your project and to support yourself during your residence in Spain. This may include your own capital, external financing or a combination of both.

No criminal record

Both in Spain and in the countries where you have resided for the last five years.

Health Insurance

You must have health insurance to cover you during your stay in Spain.
